      Pros

      I've always felt that my input has had a direct positive effect on the business. The owner of the company listens and always makes me feel like I have a positive contribution. I've had the opportunity to take Microsoft, Citrix certification training and the company paid for it. Competitive salary and benefits to other similar companies. My last job was at a larger company in the IT department where I didn't make the same money and had less of an impact, so I am very happy here.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons at this time. I'm happy with my job at emr group and I can see my career growing with the company.

      Pros

      - EMR Group is a company that is constantly focusing on growth, making the company a stable environment with room for advancement and longevity. - Great pay! I was offered a fair salary when I got hired and never feel that my work goes unappreciated or unrewarded. - Great benefits. EMR Group is very generous with their benefits package, offering all the standard benefits of all large companies. - Working for a smaller company gives me the feeling of working with family. My work is always recognized and EMR Group is always transparent with their employees, which is very important. - Remote Work Opportunities - As a developer, I get to do my work remotely, which has made my quality of life infinitely better. - Travel - I have gotten to travel to new places and stay in really nice hotels while working for EMR Group.

      Cons

      I have been employed with EMR Group for over 18 months and am yet to find something negative enough to put as a con!
