Pros
From Senior Exec team to local country managers to the customer service help desk - every single person I know is passionate about their job, innovative in their ambitions and caring about their employees, colleagues and most of all their customers. The product is great & in the right place for the market right now. My job history isn't great as I won't stay in a toxic environment, but I have been here many years now & hope to stay many years longer. Best company ever
Cons
The only real con is that we have been so successful recently that we are mega busy. Companies get the business & then increase the head count to cope with the success. But we have done just that - so lots of new but experienced colleagues.

1)Your opinion and ideas are actually valued 2)Co-workers that are always willing to explain something or help you I have loved everyday so far, even if you have a bad day, there's always something to make you smile Hybrid working allows me to better balance private and worklife
Cons
Some internal processes may feel a tad outdated, on the plusside, the company is working hard to improve them, already 5 of those have been brought up to speed since the start of my employment.
