Meaningful work, great team, flexibility and great benefits, opportunities to learn new things and serve our customers.

Cons

Requires sense of urgency, flexibility and is kind of between working for a research lab and working for a routine lab - requires a certain kind of person, but a great niche for someone who is passionate about analytical testing.
