The breath and scope of our customer's value chain is the sole focus of our passion. We are constantly searching for technology with which to drive our wholistic solutions forward so that the developing needs of our customer base are squarely met and they thereby lead their respective industries from the Vanguard.

      Cons

      Being at the front means that you often have to wield a machete which is hard work when you are making your way through the jungle in search of the next level of technology. Finding the right people for that kind of effort is hard sometimes and in some positions we are understaffed. These are the pains of fast growth. You might need to wear a couple of hats that perhaps were not in your job description, but we welcome people who are ready to engage to the team when they get here. Team mates help out. Heck, how else do you keep it fun and continue to learn?

      - dependence on the parent company in Germany which, to some extend, affects workload, priorities etc.
