      Work closely with a new doctor each shift, the doctors you work with are great at teaching you on the job, learn a lot because you're physically in the room with the doctor for most cases, good job training in your first 2 weeks, easy to understand app for clocking in and viewing schedule

      Cons

      Low end pay, work day sometimes goes longer than scheduled, not categorized as "hands-on" experience which is needed for some med school/PA programs
