Pros
EY is seen as the most laid back of the Big 4. (Deloitte is the most uptight I think.) I don't know much about the specifics of EY Advisory, but I think it's a good place to work. Sorry, I don't have any first hand experience, that's just what I've heard.
Cons
Whatever you do, you have to represent yourself like this is not a step down for you.
