      Pros

      A mission I can relate to. Passion for healthcare IT and research worldwide. Great leadership and colleagues in a culture that embraces work/life balance. ESAC is small so it’s easy to know the owners. Good, competitive salary

      Cons

      Commute is far for me; too many initiatives happening simultaneously; some employees have issues so we have turnover and don’t know who is working where sometimes

      Pros

      Nurturing environment that allows you to take on responsibility and gain experience in an in demand field. Decent pay and recognition if you do good work.

      Cons

      Not a lot of upward mobility. There are some office politics. Better as place to gain experience and then move on rather than move up.
