      Plenty of work with WFH flexibility. Friendly coworkers. Employee engagement team. It's like a small business with many of the resources as a big business. Competitive pay.

      It's a small company atmosphere but they have all the organisational perks of a medium to large sized company. Career development, employee engagement and competitive salaries are something ESCO is really focused on. They are very open to remote work arrangements, even before Covid. They are dedicated to keeping employees happy.

      You may have limited career options simply because the company is not large.
