      Busy all the time with overtime included. Great managers.

      Many incoming products and not enough room to put them into inventory.

      Pros

      - Company is very flexible on providing you with learning opportunities to expand your skills and career path - They have people that are willing to invest into who you are and how to grow - They have a very fun culture in office (granted COVID makes things a little harder) and company events are great! - They have great benefits for healthcare - They have competitive pay to the market for your job title - If you are willing to put in the work, show value, and have a business case then they will support your initiative. - One of the few companies that will allow you to skyrocket your career to the next level as long as you put in the effort and work

      Cons

      - Learn to draw boundaries on how to focus down your work. Sometimes you might get overwhelmed with different directions or opportunities so its up to you to figure out how to balance it out. - You might have some late night calls with overseas offices
