      Pros

      The company values its people and focuses on providing positive recognition. Everyone strives to uphold our core values. Compensation is competitive. Leadership is understanding, and does not micro-manage; lets you make mistakes and uses them as a growth opportunity. Hybrid/remote work.

      Cons

      Some turnover has led to more workload in some departments, but the good thing is that everyone (including leadership) jumps in to help out so that business runs smoothly.

      - Cares about your career growth - Supportive on work/life balance - Really great hands on experience in the industry - No micro-managing and encouraging to make sure you're able to achieve your goals

      - Like any startup with growing pains, there have been constant restructuring based on strategies as they evolve with the EV industry
