      Pros

      Great team and great opportunities. They really try to help you grow professionally. I've seen a lot of internal movement/promotions. Good location near the train station.

      Cons

      Could pay more. I was disappointed not to get a raise last year. I think a raise to at least keep up with inflation is a minimum.
