Pros
This is the first company I have worked at where you can really find and dictate your own path. You are allowed to bring new ideas directly to the CEO, and your voice is heard.
Cons
So many great ideas come out of EF, but we only get to 80% before we jump to the next idea. Let's work on finishing 100%.

Cons
Not cons, more like high expectations to be aware of.... - This place is not for you if you are not on-board with the company values. - It is demanding and requires a high level of client engagement at all times. - Multitasking constantly, it's a small business and you have to wear different hats. - Must be flexible and adaptive, this is tough for those who need constant structure
