      Pros

      The people that work there are very stress free and know what they are doing you will learn a lot if you are new to the electronics industry. The work can be rewarding and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      If you work the floor in assembly or testing it can get very boring and momentous. But they rotate workers every few months to different areas in the line and they allow you to listen to music while you work.

      Mature product lines serving a market that is required by law Good people who stay for a long time (ie. a lot of tribal knowledge, but are willing to innovate as necessary)

      Cons

      A feeling of flying by the seat of your pants at all times (not many documented processes and lack of follow through on new initiatives until something has to be done).
