Active deal flow, busy environment

As an analyst at ECHELON I have had the opportunity gain exposure to both management consulting and investment banking projects. It's pretty remarkable to work on over 20 engagements a year, with 3 or more of them being sell-side investment banking assignments. Analysts are given a lot of responsibility and have a lot of client facing exposure. Furthermore, given the firm's industry focus in wealth and investment management, analysts have the opportunity to learn both M&A, and about how the investment management industry works.
