I have really enjoyed the "small" company environment. Almost everyone I have worked with is willing to pitch in an help each out out. We are working on some really cool technologies that will hopefully drive innovation in the industry. We have some very smart and inspirational people at the company that I have learned a lot from. Management has been responsive and accommodating if and when needed.

Cons

We may be a little too aggressive in chasing too many initiatives rather than focusing on a few core ones as resources are spread somewhat thin.
