      Friendly environment, flexible, agile working environment, supportive management. Opportunities to develop and progress. There is also a real feel good factor of working for a not-for-profit company that is making a positive difference - helping people to build their skill sets and qualifications, to find work - supporting businesses to grow and thrive - it is rewarding.

      Cons

      Not for profit great for reasons above - but can mean salaries are less competitive than the private sector.
