      Independence to carry out assignments, small company, excellent place for rapidly growing your skillets. All this applies if you bring in a good skill set to get you started here while you invest in your self with work hard to obtain new skillets. Work-Life balance is something that you could potentially achieve and control if you are proactive and communicative.

      Cons

      Lone Wolf personalities will have hit a road block very quickly and might end up being dissatisfied by work and culture here.
