      pays the rent... with salaries below the market standard

      Cons

      save yourself stress and disappointment... you won't learn anything valuable there. You gonna work for horrible clients and with a lack of basic information. the manager in Berlin is too lazy to work and then you will feel negative consequences... actions of management and employees are often unethical and toxic.

      They pay on time (but not too much and they might try to cheat you on bonuses)

      - Toxic atmosphere - No possibilities to grow and develop - Unhealthy competition between departments - Mobbing on a daily basis - There is no one to learn from - They don't know how to manage people - They lie very often - You can go on a sick-leave only if you are dying in a hospital - Ageism and racism towards candidates
