Pros

Great atmosphere and comradery. No micromanagement. Free to decide what technology and tools we use. Everyone is on EMI Options Scheme. An occasional trip to Portugal to meet the CEO.

Cons

It's a startup, so we all need to wear many hats and adapt very quickly. Is that a con though? The workload can be tough sometimes, but it's expected, it's a startup.

Pros

Edge is on the bleeding edge of 2 rapidly growing industries, creator and influencer marketing and Web3. The opportunities for novel, original technology are vast and the benefits of solving problems within these sectors are huge. It means the pace is extremely fast and the projects we work on are exciting, facilitating new ways of working for the future.| The culture is highly collaborative, conscious and loving.

Cons

Sometimes we can have a few too many projects going at once so organisation is key but we relish the challenge.

Pros

- Very friendly work environment - You're heard out. - If you work hard you'll climb up faster than you think. - You're acknowledged for all the work and effort that you put into

Cons

- Sometimes your colleagues won't laugh at your lame jokes. Shame...
