      You get to work with really amazing people who are immensely dedicated to serving our students, families and communities. The mission is simple, yet effective. It's easy for folks to get aligned to the direction the organization wants to go toward because of the foundation that's already been laid. Principals and network staff work well together to do what's best for kids!

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are not as competitive compared to surrounding charter networks. This is especially true if you're coming from a large charter management organization.
