Pros
Edsson is great for self-starters and offers a solid career ladder. Teamwork is key here and it's easy to get your voice heard. The work vibe is top-notch, which made my climb from developer to tech lead enjoyable
Cons
There aren't many options for lunch spots, except for a few places in downtown Kyiv

- Flat management style - Thriving for new and up to date - Deep competencies personnel - Strong management team - Perfect office in the city center (Kyiv, a historical part of the city) - Development plan for every worker. - Good coffee and snacks, Fruits in the office, Friday parties.
Cons
No cons so far. Eliminate office dependencies.
