      Pros

      Fun working environment, lots of opportunity to grow and develop, lots of responsibility - it's a small company (around 10 people) so you get to see every aspect of the business and your work makes a real difference.

      Cons

      Hard work. Not for you if you want a big, corporate environment

      Great growth opportunities and ownership for the growth of the sector you are working in. Continuous learning and training of the digital channels, campaigns and sales process in general. Close-Social team which makes it a good (fun) work environment

      Hard work, working across different teams. In general a lot of responsibility.
