      Great kids, bad pay.

      Pros

      Most of the kids are a pleasure to be around. They want to be there and are hard workers. If there is a problem child, the management is quick to fix the problem.

      Cons

      The pay is really low and the director will not give you a raise. I talked to teachers that were there for more than 5 years and were never given a raise.

      Pros

      The best thing about EYM is the kids who are great. Over 30 year record of proven success. Most high school students are on-track for graduation and are college bound.

      Cons

      Low pay, but that is standard for most tutoring companies. High staff turnover ratio. High stress environment due to aggressive over-the-top management style.
