Starting out at Edyza is slow. They take time to train you and make sure you are comfortable with what you will be executing on. The first month feels really slow and unproductive. However, after that first month, you realize why they run things that way. Work ramps up and you have confidence to do your job.
Salaries are probably below average. They make up for it with paid lunch ever day, decent benefits, and honestly, really great opportunities. It's worth it in the end, but if you're looking for high pay over long term value, this isn't the job for you.
This is definitely not a company you can slack off at. Everyone's role matters.
