      A forward-thinking, 20-year-old 'startup'...

      Pros

      ED is a well-established company, that has been recently purchased, and recieved a much-needed injection of capital and drive. Working here is a great mix of 'startup' enthusiasm and activity, with the stable foundations of a well-founded, long-term business. Basically, people at all levels listen and are responsive to new ideas that can take the company in directions it hasn't gone before. There's a strong 'collective consciousness' in regards to the passion for growth and innovation - so it's a fairly dynamic and collegiate invironment

      Cons

      For those who are not comfortable with change (and you need to be honest with yourself about that) then this may not be the right environment for you...

      Pros

      A lot of smart people working together like a family. I have learnt a lot from people that I've worked with here. Many exciting projects, too.

      Cons

      We try very hard at fulfilling every single client's need. Sometimes we forget that we can say no to the client.
