Pros
As a recent hire, my onboarding experience has been surprisingly smooth. Like any high-growth technology company, there is definitely some "drinking from the fire hose" in the first few weeks, but that's largely because there is so much happening across the business. The team has been welcoming, supportive, and willing to invest time in helping new employees ramp up.
What has stood out most is the company's vision and the pace of innovation. It feels like there is a constant stream of product announcements, new capabilities, and customer momentum. Cons
The pace is not for everyone. Priorities can move quickly as the company responds to market opportunities, and you should be prepared to learn fast and navigate some ambiguity. Having a proactive mindset is important.
