      I really enjoyed the work atmosphere and my coworkers.

      Cons

      Venue in the San Diego market was closed. Frequent turnover of managers prior to the location closing.

      Pros

      I remember some good times working in Nellcote/RM. Truly a wonderful place at that time. Great staff and atmosphere....

      Cons

      ...then they hired an Executive Chef and that was one of the moments where I look back and think it was a huge blow to morale. They obviously had many issues but that was one pivot point that stood out.
