Fast-Paced, Fun Environment with challenges and great Team Morale. It makes the days go by fast with the team around me.

The company truly isn't a bad company, only Integration seems to matter more than the people who work for the company now.

It is an exciting time to be at Element - we are integrating two great fleet companies into one, investing in new systems and streamlining processes. We have an excellent employee base in EP - very engaged, lots of tenure and very passionate about what they do.

Cons

At this point I am very satisfied with the organization!
