      Great company for old school mind frame

      Pros

      There is no question that everyone is approachable, from a part time porter to the CEO himself. Everyone is upfront and honest and drama has no part of the culture. Everyone's opinion is accepted and considered. This is a company where people work hard and play with the same enthusiasm. Everybody know their jobs and more importantly does it well and if one person needs help the entire team will make themselves available to overcome the obstacle.

      Cons

      Short sightedness, There are some areas where short sightedness is a problem. Long term plans are sketchy in some areas that can change on a whim. Long term planning and defined budget outlines would go along away in increasing long term ROI. I equate it to the adage of stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime.
