      Great benefits and nice coworkers, but management turnover is challenging

      Pros

      I've worked for Elements for almost 16 years. The benefits are top-notch, the employees that I work with are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. These are the things that have kept me here so long!

      Cons

      There has been quite a lot of turnovers in upper management over the past few years. This has been related to retirement, personal issues and such, but it does make for a more difficult transition.

      I love my job. Honestly I do.

      Pros

      Getting to work in the same office as my leaders. Getting to make a positive impact on the community in Indianapolis. Transparent and open minded leaders who really take feedback to heart. Our benefits are fantastic.

      We have a rather small workforce.

      Pros

      Non-for profit. No share holders. Profits are distributed in member & employee benefits in a nice way. Felt very supported by management. Very enticing Hybrid work and mortgage benefits

      Cons

      Often murmurings about hybrid work and mortgage benefits being reduced, this would be very unpopular though.
