The company is staffing up with the best talent to lead EFG through the next chapter of its successful story. It is VERY focused on employees and teamwork. The organization is making the changes necessary to compete at the highest level. This is the fastener company to be at!

Our business continues to grow, and as it does we have created new opportunities to be sure we are celebrating our wins with all our team members! Our location sizes allow us to keep that personalized feel at each location where our plant managers know each employee and even their families many times, while the combined size allows us to keep winning over more customers to our brands. It's important we can continue to maintain that small family-feel at our plants, it makes us really stand out against others when competing for talent.
