Pros

Friendly staff - I really enjoyed the people I worked with and we were allowed to have conversations on the floor if it was slow or when there was down time. It's a call center job so there is no physical work. You earn commissions when you sell packages, which adds to your pay check.

Cons

Commission goals can be difficult to achieve

Flexible hours, time off no issue, reasonable pay, good communication from management, takes care of employees and their families, on a bus route.

Cons

Several opportunities for advancement given to outside individuals, no strong support for career advancement through education. Would like to see more involvement by management in day to day operations.
