      Great marketing agency with wonderful people and a fun culture

      Pros

      The vibe at Elite Digital is really special because of all the great people. From the top of the organization to the bottom, everyone is really friendly, collaborative and down to earth. I've worked at a lot of places and never seen a culture as welcoming and supportive as what I found at Elite Digital. There are really fun team building activities and events that I often tell my friends about. Their companies do nothing, and at Elite Digital it seems to be non-stop. Rob, the CEO, clearly cares about everyone having fun. The company is also focused on AI, so there's a lot of interesting learnings to stay ahead of the curve. The clients are very diverse, which keeps things both interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      The budgets for clients are sometimes a bit too tight that we can't do everything we'd want to do. I also don't really like having to log time in Harvest.
