      Pros

      Small, growing company, performance based compensation, Customer-focused solution sales. Tons of opportunities to grow with the company. I love the attitude and the customer-focused atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not enough employees means we all work a little too much, but we're working on that. Compensation is based on performance, so you'd better come in ready to work. Growth opportunities will require you to make them.
