I had the pleasure of working at Ellison for a couple of years. The business has great products, wonderful people and a GM that is truly passionate about the business, it's future and it's people. Although going through a tough few years like most businesses, the GM is the most passionate person in the business, truly loves it and it's people. I loved my time there and I look forward to watching it go from strength to strength!

Cons

Apart from having to make some tough decisions to weather the storm like many other businesses, there were none. They care about there people, provide amazing work spaces, hybrid working and want people who are as passionate as they are.

I have worked for Ellison for a considerable time and have seen the company go through many challenging periods. In my opinion the Senior Management Team have always approached these challenges with the employees best interests at heart. While I don’t believe any company is perfect, Ellison continually strive to make positive improvements and it may worth considering the negative comments about the company may have come from disgruntled ex-employees so don’t believe everything you read!
