      - Strong support from day one, with clear communication about the role from both HR and management - Relaxed, collaborative, and genuinely helpful team environment - Colleagues are always willing to jump in and assist whenever needed - no hesitation - Consistently friendly and welcoming atmosphere that has remained strong even after almost a full year - Excellent work-life balance - there’s no expectation or pressure to work outside core hours Overall, Ello Group has been a refreshing and positive place to work. The supportive culture and genuine kindness of the team make it easy to stay motivated and engaged long-term.

      Ello Group is a genuinely supportive and fun place to work. The culture is collaborative, people are friendly, and managers really invest in your development. There’s always something new happening across our products and partnerships, which keeps the work exciting. If you’re looking for a positive environment with real opportunities to grow, Ello is a great choice. The benefits are a real standout 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays with an extra 5 days which accrues with service a fun social office culture with regular celebrations; £250 to try something new (from learning a skill to doing something adventurous like swimming with sharks!); Pawternity leave (two weeks WFH with a new pet); a paid Make a Difference Day to support a charity of your choice; discounted healthcare through BHSF; free access to our own brand products; and Meals on Ello (£30 monthly for each brand) & Many more! The work‑life balance is genuinely great too.

      Because the business is growing quickly, things can change at short notice but it creates great opportunities to try new things and develop your skills.
