      Elos Medtech is a Swedish-owned company that is a strong stable performer with a manufacturing site in Memphis, TN, 11 sites throughout Europe and one in China. We work hard to serve our customers well while also providing a good environment for our people offering competitive wages and benefits.

      Cons

      Growth of a global business is always challenging, but the team is working hard to keep communications at a high level and all divisions working together.

Internally the focus is on engaging our people, further developing our critical skillsets and driving continuous improvement and innovation within every facet of the business.

      Working in a growth industry during a time of constraints (labor, supply chain, etc.) can be stressful for some.
