No weekends. • Great benefits; 401k, healthcare, dental, all that. • Very competitive pay with an excellent bonus structure. • Amazing beer on tap at all times. • Projects we work on are fun and engaging. • Team is the best I've ever worked with. • Awesome location in the heart of downtown Seattle near Pikes Place market. • Very stable and almost 0% employee churn.
Cons
• Flat structure isn't for everyone. You really have to ok with owning your work and responsibilities.
