1) Excellent research equipment in the lab. 2) Very knowledgeable colleagues. 3) super nice lab head and group leader (however, it depends on lab). 4) exceptionally high standards for research quality.

Cons

1) very short work contracts (1 year with possibility for extension). 2) not enough start up spirit for technology innovation. 3) sometimes toxic working atmosphere (depends on lab and group)
