While the company promotes strong outward values, I found these were not always reflected internally under particular management.
There was a culture of close micromanagement, hostility, and condescending behaviour, which made it difficult to feel supported or confident in my role. Combined with heavy workloads and inefficiencies driven by rapid growth, this created a challenging work environment and had a negative impact on overall wellbeing.
Concerns about management style and workplace behaviour were raised more than once, but it appeared leadership was aware of these longstanding issues and took no action - suggesting that such behaviour was tolerated and acceptable.
