Pros

At least they paid the salary on time. And if you not really have the skills (neither oral or technical knowledge), or if having hard time to get job, maybe this company is your hope to get immediately hired. But the salary they offer you the lowest of other IT recruitment firms that you can find in Cyberjaya. (at least you still can get paid every month before you find another job.)

Cons

1. No benefit (just medical card & shift allowance), no bonus, no travel allowance, etc. 2. They pay the minimum RM2000 for fresh grad & RM2200 for experienced. 3. They don't pay the shift allowance to you if you work on basis 8-hours working shift. (so if you're fresh grad, without allowance you just get net pay around RM1700/month) 4. The OT calculation if the worst calculation that you can imagine. (12-hours working hours on Public Holiday only worth below RM200, and the regular OT less than RM100 (this is a new calculation, effective immediately on March 2016 onwards, when the company just told the employees on that month.))

Pros

- Salary paid on time - Annual leave and insurance provided

Cons

- No bonus - No job stability: when a project ends, AMK ends the contract and stops payment - No career growth: not a good company for long-term employment - Unfriendly toward foreign employees: - They may twist their words and take advantage of foreigners’ limited understanding of Malaysian labor law and tax deductions - When you want to change or leave your job, they do not provide an NOC (No Objection Certificate), which is mandatory for visa transfer - In Malaysia, without an NOC from the employer, you cannot get a new job, and most companies will not even consider you for an interview - This blocks new opportunities while the company is not paying you, creating a loop with no clear way out. At the very least, the company should allow a smooth transition to a new job if they cannot find a new project or continue paying employees while on the bench. This is a basic employee right and should not need to be requested—professional conduct should be standard **Not recommended for friends. Only consider this company if you have no other choice.**
