Pros
The time hours were great, at 16 you could leave. Also they have bus from Ourense to the workplace. They have 50% discount for you and your partner and family.
Cons
The Management were poor qualificated and without skills. The family it self are a problem to move forward and improve their own company. It is a pain to built your Carrer there. So many people dislike working there and there is a lack of efficiency all around. There is no cantina or catering services.
