Nothing is good about working there

Its the worst hr is bad management is the worse they are not professional they deceive there customers and provide horrible quality app they dont care about testing or quality assurance now they only have 2 testers one of them is an intern they deduct sick leaves from salaries if u had a surgery even with a sick leave they use every possible reason to deduct from salaries they dont have work life management they can ask u to work till 2 am or even after that terrible project management they put deadlines that cant be met when u try and leave they dont provide an end date u can send emails ask for help no support at all they dont try to retain there employees even if they are successful and they did alot of work they dont allow u to take ur annual leaves and when u r leaving they deduct extra days more than the ones u took they claim ull have time to learn or they will give u tutorials but nothing actually happens in qa they simply only care about how to take money from customers, employees and the government they claimed to have insurance on u and when u check ull find that they didnt although they deduct this amount from ur salary
