It’s good to hear flexibility and the strength of the delivery teams have made a difference. At the same time, we recognise the concerns you’ve raised around pressure, resourcing and leadership behaviours in project delivery. Creating an environment where people feel supported, valued and able to do their best work matters to us, and feedback like this highlights where focus is needed to better align expectations, capacity and our values in practice.
