      Absolutely nothing. Nothing positive at all.

      Cons

      ALL. All the contacts and operations are run from India. Slave mentality for everything. Unless you really need a job and are willing to be treated like a slave do not work here. Payment is not reliable too. Try to squeeze every penny from you.

      -Great cohort leads -Great work-life balance -Remote -Plenty of training -Great for humanities majors whose jobs were taken by AI (under the sense of "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em")

      -Repetitive strain injury (RSI), formerly called carpal tunnel syndrome -No paid time off -Chasing a moving target -Pay -Lack of job stability
