Their clothing allowance is nice.

Poor management and hr. Clear favoritism of employees. They give people advancements before they post the job position, so the job is filled but they let people interview any way, even though they know who they're hiring. The UK controls everything and doesn't include the US office on many events. Poor management. Lack of direction. High turnover. Miserable work environment with gossip and employees who are so underwhelmed with the way the company is run. Absolutely no opportunities for long term advancement. Not a place you'd want to retire from

Pleasant environment, clean facilities, nice clothing allowance, the actual job is nice

Nepotism with management. Bullying from management. Afraid to speak up or you'll be micromanaged and on the target to be fired. Same people get recognized all the time. Very clique-y and full of gossip. Employees don't mind their own business and management will tell things to 'favorites' about other employees performance, etc. Benefits are terrible. The company is very one sided toward mostly their UK operations and the US always gets overlooked for positive changes and successes. HR is a joke in the US. Again, they share stuff about employees to others which could be HIPPA violations. The place is a literal revolving door, they can't keep staff or find a way to upend the staff that have helped make the company what is it. They continue to allow previous employees to return and then put them on higher positions with out truly making a fair interview process as their mind is already made up. You are delegated extra work without compensation or thank yous. No room for growth.
