The company's led by people who genuinely care about serving food that's good for the planet and its people. I work directly at an account with a huge client and what I've seen from the senior leadership team to my own team is nothing short of integrity and honesty. They're committed to setting you up to succeed, generally support a great work life balance and are willing to accommodate reasonable needs you bring up.
Cons
If you're a professional who's not in a culinary capacity, you could find better compensation in surrounding big tech companies in the Bay, but then again those companies hire top tier industry talent so the difference in pay is expected.
