Pros
Programs like Farm to Fork, Climate Pledge, Wellness and Education programs like the Wellbeing Indicator, celebration of craft cooking and menu accuracy
Cons
Bon Appetit used to be THE only option for craft cooking and sustainable procurement in corporate dining. Other companies have now caught up and doing a better job. They also have horrible benefits, no company culture, and if you get laid off, good luck! I was laid off in a reorg and as a senior manager at an account, I received NO SEVERANCE. My health insurance was termed THE SAME DAY I was laid off. The only payment I am receiving is part of a SUB-PLAN benefit. The SUB Plan offers 1 week of SUB Payments for each year of completed service with the Company (with a minimum of 2 weeks for those associates with 2 years or less of completed service) For high earners, they don't offer a 401K, but an NQDC.
