Good environment, good culture, good management

No cons that I can think of

The manager Valeria is very nice and understanding, there is a lot of trust put in you as an employee which is nice. Very nice regulars and also was very fun to learn more about coffee while working here. Small team which is nice and you work individual shifts during the week. Also the pay is pretty good too

I can't think of anything besides the natural lighting not being ideal, I wish the barista bar wasn't so far back from the windows but that really does not effect the job at all
