- Friendly environment - Interns treated as peers and taken care of - Good brand to have on CV - Generous bonuses for company wide accomplishments, also given to interns - Very welcoming to people coming from different cultures
Cons
There are a lot of interns working at Chloé, most of them working also after closing hours, that the company has NO INTENTION OF HIRING. When you go to their website, and see the products they sell, a good 50% of them are made by interns, who are then let go after their period is over. There is an aura of "fakeness" behind the friendliness of many employees in higher positions.
